An excellent choice !!!  |

I suffered with my old "cheapy" scanner for two years, thinking it was as good as they get. However, that all changed when I used a friends Canon LiDE 20 scanner. I realised just how bad my old scanner really was. The Canon was small ( just over 1" high ) and very quiet. The scan time is so much faster using the USB2 port but the biggest advantage for me is not having to find a spare mains socket for a mains adapter. The low energy scanner light is totally powered through the USB port. - Absolutely magic. Great for swapping between my desktop and laptop. The scan quality is exactly what you would expect from a leading manufacturer..very very good. Needless to say - I bought one. If youre looking for a quality scanner at a reasonable price, with an excellent, easy to use scanner interface taking up the minimum of valuable desk space I can honestly recommend this scanner, its brilliant. Top marks Canon.

The scanner is worth the price, becouse it has got very good finishing touches that makes it wonderful.
